Grown-Up Sewing Workshop ~ Wrap Tops
Learn How to Use a Sewing Machine, Make Friends, and Sew a Fun Wrap Top!

Yay! It's time to announce another one of our sewing workshops for grownups! Got a machine and not sure what to do with it? You can bring it and we'll help you learn how to thread it and get it humming. No machine? No worries! You can use one of ours. :-) This time, our project is a wrap top that I've seen maaaaaany times on Instagram- it's freely sized, so it will adjust to fit anyone, and you can make it out of anything you like- even an old tablecloth, a nostalgic kids' sheet, or even regular fabric. It's a simple project that packs a lot of sewing practice, so it will be a great way to learn while creating something truly one-of-a-kind! You can bring your own fabric (about 1 and a half yards should do it) or use some of ours- there's a lot to choose from, but we can't promise it will be exactly what you are looking for. :-) Want to make it with funky fun patchwork? We can show you how to do that, too! I think I'm going to make mine with an array of embroidered doilies and an old tablecloth. We can't wait to share a wonderful Sunday Funday with you. Spaces are limited to 8 sewists- grab your spots soon!
