Learn How to Use a Sewing Machine, Make Friends, and Sew a One-of-a-Kind Applique Zipper Pouch!
You've been asking, and now we're happy to deliver! We're hosting our first (of hopefully many) grown up sewing workshops. Got a machine and not sure what to do with it? You can bring it and we'll help you learn how to thread it and get it humming. No machine? No worries! You can use one of ours. :-) This class will feature a sweet project that is sure to come in handy and teach you an array of key sewing skills. Using our impressive supply of fabric scraps and yardage, you will design a one-of-a-kind applique design to embellish a handy zipper pouch, complete with complimentary lining. These are great gifts to make for loved ones or to keep for yourself. We can even show you how to add a handy strap to make it into a wristlet or simple cross-body bag.
